Cinnamon

Cinnamon Cinnamon Cinnamon

Admittance date: 23rd December 2024

Cinnamon was passed to us from Cleethorpes Wildlife Rescue in Linconlshire. She's being treated for mange and is on a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medication. What you may also notice is that Cinnamon is missing part of her tail. We're not quite sure how this happened, but there is enough of her tail left that we are comfortable that it should not affect her post-release back into the wild once she has finished treatment.

06/01 - after just over 2 weeks with us, Cinnamon is looking like a new fox. All of the mange-associated crust has come off, and skin is looking healthy, paving the way for new fur growth. She will be good to go home very soon, we're just waiting for this cold spell to pass.

10/01 - planning to release Cinnamon back home this Sunday as milder weather is forecast.

12/01 - Cinnamon was taken back home and released by Cleethorpes Wildlife Rescue following successful treatment for mange.

Cinnamon was released back into the wild on 12th January 2025
